Please Note: This job has a 97% travel requirement and requires a Class A CDL - Reporting out of Herculaneum, MO - Supervise, plan or organize aerial construction efforts through In-house construction teams and contract labor for new construction, maintenance, rebuild projects & storm restoration. Responsible for In-house productivity, safety and quality of work performed within the aerial construction department. Responsible and/or supports the hiring, training, development, production and performance management of the In-house aerial construction teams and contract labor. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Coordinate with engineers and developers in designing the plant; draw and sketch installation and location of equipment and cable; complete bill of materials (BOM) needed for planned construction. Monitor In-house construction teams and contractor performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions of agreements.
