Supervisor, Customer Service - Printlynx
Location: Sedalia, Missouri
Provide front line customer service support for Sedalia operations and supervision of Printlynx Commercial Print team.
* Provide technical guidance and oversight to Printlynx sales representative and customer service reps
* Responsible for balancing, collections and bank deposits
* Handle escalations to ensure customer satisfaction
* Initiate job tickets
* Monitor Work in Progress
* Work with Accounting for month-end billing
* Lead Estimator answering questions for sales and customer service representative and internal departments
* Manage storefront and online system
* Work with external vendors for quotes and track outsources jobs
* Order of paper and envelope supplies and manage inventory
Required:
* High School Diploma
* 5+ years' Customer Service experience
* Knowledge of sales techniques
* Solid cash handling and math skills for estimating
* Working knowledge of full MS Office suite
* In-depth knowledge of Sedalia product offerings
* In-depth knowledge of Sedalia production processes
* Pleasant and professional telephone presence
Preferred:
* Relevent AA degree
* Print estimation knowledge/experience/training
* Experience managing vendor relationships
