**Responsibilities:**
Under the supervision of the Manager, Integrated Care Management (ICM), the Supervisor ICM is responsible for:
+ Daily oversight of the Complex Care Management unit providing clinical direction, organization, and monitoring of all care management services.
+ Direct supervisory oversight of staff conducting care management screening, care coordination, care management, and other supportive functions.
+ Assists in carrying out the plan and daily operations of the Complex Care Management unit.
+ Provides unit and departmental leadership.
**Education/Experience:**
+ **Must live in or near Wayne, Oakland, or Macomb counties to qualify for consideration.**
+ Bachelor's Degree in nursing required. Master's Degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 1 year experience in field supervision, preferred.
+ Minimum of 3 years of case management experience and behavioral health experience.
+ A current and unrestricted RN license to practice in MI.
+ Certified as a Case Manager, preferred.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Access is a plus.
