Great company culture.As an Equipment Installation Supervisor your responsibility is to supervise the completion of the projects and assist the Site Manager in day-to-day operations within the livestock division. Your agriculture focus will be on dairy and beef construction projects.Within your first-year expectations are for you to become a Site Manager. This timeline can be shortened if you are motivated to grow quickly and take on more responsibility, pay increase included.Requirements for the job include but are not limited to the following:- Installation of barn equipment, plumbing, and manure equipment- Manage sub-contractors and laborers- Operate lifts and loaders / must be willing to learn how to operate.- Ability to read blueprints / very foundational- Mechanical aptitude is needed- Some overnight travel, paid drive time to and from job sites- Welding experience, a plus / must be willing to learn.The standard workweek will be Monday - Friday dispatched from your home with a company vehicle straight to the job site.401k, health insurance 100% covered, spouse 50% covered by employer, 50% HRA paid by employer.
