This role offers an responsibilities include but are not limited to : Supporting business planning objectives by maintaining close communication with business units, researching different industries and trends to cultivating new business opportunities.Compensation$70,000-$79,000/Annually (Subject to Compensation Study Request Upon Candidate Selected)Responsibilities
- Accomplish top management goals / strategy by competing related results as needed
- Set up Ops work in alignment with ales work before Ops starts
- Accomplish summary of data and trends through research, collection, and analysis of the latest market research
- Process Improvement, pricing : Market Pricing review, Client list development
- Sustain report with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and providing assistance with their logistics and transportation needs
- Assist in onboarding new clients by understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, reviewing market rate & gathering so that upper management can analyze & develop a new client
- Strategic Alignment with Client (Clients in the U.S, and Headquarter)
- Acting as a liaison between related parties to understand and execute the global business strategy at the local level
- Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, customer needs, and business performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
- Act as the liaison between the local branch and headquarters, facilitating smooth communication and strategy implementation
- Reporting and Documentation
- Improve product marketability and profitability by accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress
- Supervise in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for senior management
- Collaboration with Operations and Finance
- Cooperate closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure that services are provided efficiently and that financial goals are met
- Coordinate with related parties to supervise complete audits, and adapt corporate policy changes

- Intermediate-level MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Database Management Required

Education & Experience
- Bachelor Degree Required
- (5) years of direct experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Accounting/Finance Required
- (6) years of direct experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Accounting/Finance Preferred
