Position Purpose: Supervise the production staff of the Mailing & Distribution Center to create mailings for health plans and other internal customers
- Create and manage production processes and quality standards
- Create and maintain production schedule
- Advise on purchase of new equipment and mail piece design
- Maintain production machines
- Manage and train production staff
- Create and provide productivity reports and production cost analysis
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standardsEducation/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years in a mailroom, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of USPS, mail piece design, technology of mail and print industry and associated software preferred. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects.Pay Range: $22.36 - $38.07 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
