Job Title: Supervisor, NTI Virtual Training Programs Locations: Goodwill North Central Texas -- 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas Salary: Based on Experience Work Hours: FT (40 Hrs. per Week) Monday through Friday Benefits: Company paid basic term life, Paid Time Off, voluntary medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and 401(k) General Job Duties: Train, motivate and coach employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to prospects, students, and customers; provide helpful feedback and training opportunities and resolving conflict or complaints from customers and employees. Complete weekly/monthly reports, ensure program inquiry and forecast trackers and retention reports are accurate and current. Meet with staff to review SMART goals bi - weekly, discuss achievements and immediately address and document all performance issues and corrective action plans. Oversee the implementation of a compliant and effective orientation program to recruit, inform and enroll suitable prospects to achieve NTI monthly enrollment budgets. Be flexible to provide work relief to perform the duties of unfilled positions, or absent staff during scheduled leaves or absences. Implement and follow the Success Class protocols to support Virtual student progression, completion, graduation and job placement. Ensure NTI Virtual training programs follow Agency and regulatory requirements and standards to include Student Engagement & Completion Plan, document management, internal file audits, annual paperwork, financial records, and state annual completer report. Contribute information and recommendations to departmental needs, strategic planning and annual staff reviews; actively participate in staff meetings, develop action and productivity plans, ensure each eligible program has a standing / functioning program advisory committee which meets quarterly to review school instruction, equipment, and curriculum. Network with community agencies, partners and media entities to establish partnerships which increase awareness of NTI and its placement assistance programs throughout our service area. Collect and track monthly success stories, and surveys. Work with staff to ensure that job fairs and graduations are scheduled, organized and conducted. Participates in ribbon cuttings and grand openings for Goodwill programs and community businesses. Participates in Workforce Development staff meetings each month and conduct staff meeting with NTI team monthly or as often as needed. Perform other duties as assigned Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree, a plus. Experience with recruitment, financial aid and job placement functions in a post-secondary school environment preferred. Prior supervisory experience in Vocational School industry strongly desired. Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other team members. Proficient in standard computer operation systems and relevant software to perform the requirements of the position. Bilingual a plus. Physical Requirements: Mobile, own transportation to off-site facilities. This position requires the incumbent to have communication capabilities, via cell phone and/or Smartphone technology.
