Shaler Area School District is seeking a skilled leader to oversee capital and energy management projects for our school facilities. You'll handle everything from planning to execution, manage contractors, and ensure top-notch operation standards. Ideal candidates will have a background in engineering, experience in school constructions, and strong leadership skills.This position requires a valid driver's license, technology proficiency, and sufficient relevant experience with all facets of construction and building maintenance with preference for candidates who hold a Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent area of study, experience with union negotiation and administration of CBA's, and experience with school construction, bonds and other public financing programs.
