The Supervisor is assigned to oversee ICM's, Counselors, and Children's Care Coordinator serving youth and families with a mental health or co-occurring mental health & substance abuse concern and is responsible for guiding the team in supporting the youth and family in treatment/recovery by providing case management, counseling, care coordination, and High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) services. The Supervisor of Treatment Works 1.0 will be a subject matter expert on case management, counseling, care coordination and HFW and will ensure that services focus on case management, counseling, care coordination, and HFW interventions, utilizing natural supports, community supports, and input and resources from other community partners or professional agencies. The Supervisor of Treatment Works 1.0 will ensure that all services adhere to the HFW model and HFW principles of: Family Voice and Choice, Culturally and Linguistically Competent, Individualized, Strengths-Based, Natural Supports, Community-Based, Team-Based, Collaboration and Integration, Persistence-Unconditional Care, and Outcome-Based. The Supervisor of Treatment Works 1.0 will ensure that all services emphasize individualized treatment planning that is strength based and built collaboratively with the youth and family and natural and community supports that care about and know the youth and family best. The Supervisor of Treatment Works 1.0 will ensure that all services occur in the community at a place convenient and comfortable for the family.Directions for Living is an essential services provider. All Directions for Living employees must be willing and able to provide vital support and essential services to the people that we serve in the event of an emergency, pandemic or other disaster situation.EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
Must hold a master's degree Social Work or related area of study from an accredited university. Florida licensure as a LMFT, LMHC or LCSW preferred, not required Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of documented supervisory experienceA minimum of two years of experience working with at-risk populations to include families experiencing substance misuse, domestic violence, mental health, and emotionally disturbed children.Must become certified as a Wraparound Facilitator in high fidelity Wraparound and become certified as a Wraparound Facilitator Supervisor/Coach within 3 months of employment.
