This clinic at Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center supports oncology patients in the specialty areas of either breast medical/surgical oncology patients or GYN oncology patients. This clinic is open Monday through Friday.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONRequired - EducationBachelor's Degree BSN
- Experience5 years Of general nursing to include and 1 year Of supervisory experience. and

PreferredJOB DUTIES - Oversees and/or teaches others specialized knowledge and skills necessary to perform techniques and routines in area of specialty.
- Provides operational management of daily patient care services.
- Assesses, monitors, and evaluates systems for delivery of care.
- Assists in development of patient care standards of practice and personnel performance.
- Designs, executes, and delivers effective system of internal controls applicable and in compliance to laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
- Facilitates teamwork through planned group processes, (i.e., workshops, seminars, and staff meetings).
- Supervises nursing staff and/or other non-licensed medical or office support personnel.
- May provide direct patient care.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
