Position Details: •Title: Supervisor Operational Chemistry •Location: Clinton, IL (Braidwood Facility) •Shift: 1st Shift •Compensation: $119-133k Base Salary, plus annual bonus •Benefits: Company offers a benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, life, Short- and Long-Term Disability; 401(k) match up to 4%, Discounted Employee Stock Options, 21 days PTO, and several other benefit options. •Travel: N/A •Vaccine Requirement: No Position Description: Responsible for providing leadership and supervision of laboratory activities and projects. Provides coaching and mentoring for all laboratory activities. Requirements: •Navy Nuke Background with commercial nuclear experience is the ideal fit •Gamma Spectroscopy experience •5+ years of Chemistry Technician experience or 4-year technical degree and industry experience •Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience •Will need to complete FLS (First Line Supervisor) assessment •Experience and or training/certification as a Chemistry Technician
