In this role you will be responsible for facilitating alignment and providing governance over all aspects of operator initial training, including the operations examination process. You will supervise the Operations Training Instructors in implementing all phases of the Systematic Approach to Training. You will also partner with the Line to address Operator performance gaps in the Training environment. It will be your job to evaluate the performance of Operations Instructors in all training settings. For this role they need someone who possesses strong leadership, teamwork and problem solving skills as well as both written and oral communication skills. You will also need to ensure compliance with applicable requirements, regulations, procedures, and specifications. For this role you will need to have strong project management skills along with outstanding communication, conflict management, and change management skills.You will need to have an SRO certification or certification in PWR or BWR for this role and 8 years' experience in nuclear training, maintenance, operations, radiation protection, chemistry or PS&O. This position also serves as a member of the emergency response organization.There is also a travel requirement for this job that at times can be up to 25%.Great pay, DOE + 15% bonus and a great benefits package.
