What you get to do:
* Supervise and develop assistant supervisors and the Park Quality team. Primary focus is to maximize park presentation through efficiency and effectiveness of work while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
* Execute common tasks for Park Quality including: general cleaning and detail cleaning of restrooms.
* Ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, time-keeping, equipment use, PPE, and cleaning chemicals.
* Follow up with team member and guests concerns.
* Ensuring Schedules are up to date and labor budgets are maintained.
* Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times.
* Maintain par levels for stock items.
* Responsible for team member compliance and development.
* Coordinate restroom cleaning and minimize disruption of operation.
* Assist with other duties as needed.
What it takes to succeed:
* Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
* Must have minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, Park Operations/Park Quality experience preferred
* Knowledge of restroom cleaning preferred
* Excellent communication skills.
* High School Diploma/GED
* Valid drivers license
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
