Make a Difference The Supervisor of Patient Account s for Community Home Medical Equipment (CHME) will manage daily operations of the billing/cash team. This role is responsible for making decisions and collaborating with department leaders, handling escalated cases, assisting with the selection process, assisting staff members with training, scheduling, processing time off requests all while balancing Revenue Cycle ini tiatives. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required .
  • Four (4) years of recent experience in a Revenue Cycle environment , preferably with Home Medical Equipment (HME) with a working knowledge of billing re quirements and reimbursement.
  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical/insurance billing with credentialing preferred.
  • Experience in Durable Medical Equipment/Home Medical (DME/ HME) equipment strongly preferred.
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience in Brightree and/or Epic strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lead and supervise .
  • Proficie ncy in Micr osoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
  • This position will work a hybrid schedule, with the expectation of working on-site as needed at 9894 E 121 st Street, Fishers, IN 46038.
  • This position will participate in an on-call rotation.
