Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a Supervisor - Patient Scheduling to join our team!
Under general direction of the Manager of Patient Scheduling, the Supervisor of Patient Scheduling is responsible for day-to-day supervisory duties occurring within call center operations. This includes enforcing policies and procedures, monitoring the accuracy of appointment data, promoting a positive patient experience, and ensuring timely and efficient appointing of patients.
Supervisory duties also include ensuring appropriate staffing and productivity levels are met, providing day-to-day coaching and training, exercising independent judgement in hiring and corrective/disciplinary action, and reviewing performance.
HOURS: Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly
Experience/Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required.
* Three years' experience in ambulatory operations or call center required
* Two years of related experience in a leadership role required
* Detailed knowledge of call center operations in a healthcare setting highly preferred
* Working knowledge of contact center software high preferred.
* Travel to local and regional sites with some overnight travel is required.
