* Participates in training* Serves as a role model for residents, peers and subordinates.* Provides education to Behavioral Health Associates* Provides a safe, therapeutic environment that protects resident's rights.* Develops a therapeutic relationship with residents.* Sets limits on resident's behavior.* Encourages independent behavior.* Ensures that residents and families are oriented to the group home* Collaborates with members of other disciplines in a professional manner* Seeks input from Human Resource Director/Supervisor in addressing employees' performance or conduct problems; complies with company's' policies in enforcing standards of conduct and performance..* Performs other duties as may be assigned.
