Job Description:

Overview Ensures timely and accurate updates are made to existing worksite client and worksite employee records as reported by both internal and external partners. Responsibilities Supervises, assigns work, directs and checks the work of assigned personnel as needed. Schedules time away from workfor staff to ensure proper coverage in anticipation of business cycles. Runs the overall day to day PEO business updates successfully as well as handling any escalations that may arise. Provides technical expertise to assist internal partners. Serves as SME for internal operation teams and human resource service teams regarding processes and paperwork. Partners with PEO supervisors to develop and implement procedural changes. Analyzes current processes and procedures and makes recommendations for improvement. Partners with PEO and corporate support personnel in the identification and resolution of system problems. Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with internal operations, including payroll, human resource generalists, client owners, and human resource service managers. Consults with corporate legal and compliance areas for proper interpretation of IRS regulations and definitions, related to PEO's submission paperwork, PEO questionnaire and procedures. Reviews and analyzes any applicable Key performance metrics to enhance and influence a positive outcome in the applicable goals. Monitors and ensure deadlines and accuracy requirements are met. Makes recommendations for department staff, including hiring, ongoing training, disciplinary actions, employee evaluations, and terminations. Reviews any applicable training materials and makes changes to the presentation and training modules as necessary. May act in place of the Manager, PEO Centralized Services in his/her absence. Qualifications Associate's Degree - Preferred 1 year of experience in Leadership role. Demonstrates customer service skills. Effective leadership skills. Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $51,5000-70,000/salary. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package
