The primary focus of this position is to provide leadership and maintain all related activities of multiple production lines while meeting key performance indicators and goals.
What You Need to Know: - Analyze and recommend production personnel requirements to comply with process and budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance of OSHA Safety and Health Regulations and environmental policies in all manufacturing processes.
- Guides, assigns, schedules, and supervises production work to ensure a quality product is produced with meeting productivity standards and cost.
- Provides job evaluations based on performance and goals set by immediate supervisors in a timely and constructive manner.
- Implements disciplinary and termination steps as necessary and according to company policy.
- Recommends promotions and salary increases based on observed job performance.
- Evaluate and confer with Quality Control on manufacturing process inspection techniques and standards.
- Troubleshooting and development of corrective actions for anomalies in work flow, material movements, processes and equipment.
What We Are Looking For:- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with 3 or more years of direct supervisory experience
- Thorough understanding of production line work.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze situations and identify ways to improve efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to traverse manufacturing site and bend, climb, stretch, reach, and lean to make inspections.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
