In this role the supervisor will lead all aspects of Production on 2nd shift at M+A Matting plant 1. As the supervisor you will lead the team to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost goals. As opportunities arise, you will develop action plans and implement them. One of the main responsibilities is leading the team.
