If you are looking for challenging work and meaningful advancement, then you should consider a career with Community.Make a differenceThe Supervisor, Substance Use Recovery assists the Manager & Operations Director in supervision, administrative management, facilitation, and monitoring of the day-to-day functions of the program. You will support and promote the program's philosophy, vision, and mission.Your exceptional qualificationsMaster's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field is preferred.Five (5) years of master-level clinical service delivery and an understanding of evidenced-based substance use recovery programming are required.Current Indiana Driver's License is required.Licensed by the Indiana Professional Board as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).Knowledge of evidence-based substance use recovery model.Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing team.Work effectively within a team environment.Provide crisis supervision/support staff when requested.Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Independently manage time and priorities.Why Community?At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
