Location: Miami 33137.Position Overview: The Front Desk Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors at our 18-story condominium building with 234 units. This individual will play a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, ensuring residents and visitors have an exceptional experience and supporting the operational needs of the building.Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, providing accurate information or directing requests to the appropriate parties.
  • Monitor building access, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises.
  • Manage deliveries, including signing for packages and ensuring they are safely distributed to residents.
  • Handle guest check-ins and maintain visitor logs.
  • Assist with resident requests, including maintenance requests, reservations for common areas, or information on building amenities.
  • Monitor cameras and alert management to any unusual activity.
  • Maintain and update the building's front desk area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating building services, including maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
  • Assist in managing building-wide communication, including distributing notices, newsletters, and other communications.
  • Provide support during emergency situations, following established safety protocols and notifying the appropriate emergency personnel.
  • Collaborate with building management to ensure smooth operations and provide feedback on building performance and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, phone systems, and basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, property management software a plus).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to [weight, e.g., 25 pounds].
  • Ability to move about the building as needed.
