This role will work a 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. shift.Some of the key result areas are:
- Provides shift and case oversight to ensure seamless transitions and expedited processes of VLDC staff from shift to shift, referral to referral and/or case to case with solid knowledge of all current and pending activity for organ and tissue.
- Performs all aspects of the Clinical Support Coordinator role, as needed, to ensure an exceptional level of service is provided.
- Reviews and guides Clinical Support Coordinator documentation and assists in quality assurance audits.
- Provides exceptional customer service to Indiana Donor Network staff, donor hospitals, tissue processors and other essential entities involved with the donation process.
QualificationsSuccessful candidates will hold an Associate's Degree in one of the related fields of Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Ministry, Science or any other Health Care related field. In lieu of an Associate's degree, significant supervisory/management experience in a health related field is required and a minimum of 1 year of employment within Indiana Donor Network.
