This position is within Office of the Associate Director for Training Operations (TOPS) under the Core Training Operations Directorate (CTO) and located in Artesia, New Mexico.The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Division Chief and is responsible for the overall performance and technical activities of subordinate staff, which may include Supervisory Law Enforcement Specialists, Law Enforcement Specialists (Instructors), Law Enforcement Training Advisors, International Training and Assistance Coordinators, and administrative personnel as assigned. The position is responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of programs within a division.
