Role: Supplier Care Liaison - Support Expiration Management/Renewals of Non-EmployeesLocation: Tampa, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/conversion as FTEPay rate: $22 - $28/hr on W2Client Notes: This is for the staffing office supplier care team - individual will be managing expirations and renewals of non-employees - must be bilingual in English and Spanish, while Portuguese is highly desired and will take precedence.Job description:The Non-Employee Staffing Office functions as a centralized model supporting all Client businesses to identify the right non-employee talent, quickly, efficiently and at the right price point. The program uses best in class service to recruit staff augmentation resources from preferred third parties and supports the onboarding of all non-employee classifications through standardized processes to mitigate risk for the Franchise.The Supplier Care pillar is a dedicated team responsible for the oversight of Non-employee Expiration Management, Supplier Maintenance, and due diligence items across the non-employee life cycle.Key Responsibilities:The requirements and responsibilities for the Supplier Care Liaison office include (but are not limited to) the following:• Support the timely renewals of existing contractor resources in line with Clients Expense Management Policy.• Consolidate the daily expirations report for Supplier Care Team Lead including tracking regional progress and summarising trends for Senior Management.• Monitoring the reactivation of any contractor resources in the event of processing errors.• Support the Supplier Care Team Lead with projects and initiatives and process enhancements• Deliver supplier training on any process changes to ensure adherence to operating principles and quality levels• Ensure Supplier setups are completely accurately including pay sites and engagement with Supply Chain Operations to ensure systemic updates are captured correctly.• Engaging with internal partners on any non-employee related investigations or escalations.• Timely processing of rehire eligibility checks• Managing requests for visa letters/ verification from suppliersKnowledge/Experience:• Minimum 4 years of experience working in project management or staffing industry experience• Experience with relationship management - including internal and external stakeholders• Proficient in Microsoft Office including using MS Excel to present data and/or create reports• Demonstrated experience with automated end-to-end sourcing tools e.g. Fieldglass, including implementation and organizational change experience• Experience of training and mentoring new team members• Experience of understanding and applying policies and labour laws• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills• Able to grasp and master new requirements and related knowledge.• Strong organization skills and detail orientation• Able to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment• Ability to multi-task and deliver tasks• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills• Able to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation• Flexible approach and willingness to adapt to needs and demands of clients
