Job Details:Job Title: Supplier Risk Programs AnalystDuration: 08 MonthsLocation: White Plains, NY 10601 (HYBRID)Pay rate:- $40.00 - $45.00 per hourProject OverviewThis role will support the Supplier Diversity Program, specifically as it relates our suite of business development programs. Job Functions & Responsibilities Primarily support business development program by developing course curriculum with identified external and internal stakeholders. Develop measurable metrics to monitor and measure program growth and effectiveness. Support Business/Supplier Diversity and stakeholders by developing, compiling, analyzing, and tracking program participants through program journey, including creating a monthly dashboard and/or systemic data collection approach. Identify NYS-certified minority, women and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses and NYS small businesses that are ideal candidates for the program. Develop and provide input on development of course material and outreach communication. Support outreach activities by supporting relationship building activities with suppliers in the industry. Assist team with stakeholder communications. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Sharepoint Strong analytical problem-solving skills Competence in collecting and analyzing data Ability to work within cross-functional teams and work groups Powerpoint/Visio skills - Visual Data depiction experience - Tableau/Excel/MS Office experience Previous experience with business development program development, data collection and reporting, and/or NYS minority- and women-owned business enterprise and NYS service-disabled veteran-owned business programs preferred.
