Summary:We're in search of an experienced Supply Chain Analyst 1 with the required skills: Logistics Claims, Logistics Operations, SAP/ERP, MS Excell in Warehouse environment, (Bilingual Korean required for this position)Here are some of the specific details:Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst 1Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Hybrid)Duration: 12 Months Contract with possible extensionStatus: Hybrid Job Description: PSI team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales team. The analyst will be responsible for supporting / managing a specific range of products and will work closely with Product Marketing / Sales and Sales OP / HQ Factory counterparts to procure inventory and inventory status. The individual will also generate reports and represent the SCM team when working internal / external customers. He / She will be point of contact for supply related issues and will interact closely with all teams.Duties and Responsibilities: Purchase / Sales / Inventory Management Forecasting AP2 Demand Order management Attend meetings with counterparts Maximize Revenue KPI Management Run ad hoc reportsRequired Knowledge , Education and/or Experience: Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Math or similar 1-3 year work experience in relevant field Excellent Analytical Skills / Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Office Suite / SAP experience helpful Korean Language (not a mandate but helpful) Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment Must be available to consistently work overtime and on Monday holidays (not a full working day)Education and Years of Experience: College Graduate 3+ / fresh out of college with SCM or Math major are okJob Description Summary: The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.Job Responsibilities: Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications. Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities. Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures. Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
