Job Summary:
Analog Devices is seeking Analyst to join our Supply Chain New products team in Wilmington, MA . This role will be instrumental in instituting a new product development process. This role will drive improvement of quality of release and reduction of cycle times. Successful candidate is adept at conducting thorough data analysis, value stream mapping, and has demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization . The right candidate can think innovatively about process, systems and KPIs and drive change interfacing at all levels of the organization to meet the goal of satisfying our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Drive integration of NPI key processes and systems across legacy companies.
* Develop new RTM ( Release to manufacturing) process and system improvements affecting supply chain NPI and engineering qualifications working closely with key business users and IT partners
* Guide product lines through the NPI phase from tape-out to mass production ramp.
* Identify and drive improvement opportunities in NPI processes, systems and tools.
* Work with IT system developers to spec, implement, and validate new tools/systems
* Design, develop and implement operational learning and development roadmap for the NPI team
* Support ongoing business continuity program as required.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Industrial Engineering, Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or closely related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 5+ years of work experience in the job offered or closely related occupation
* Experience leading change management initiatives Experience in Change management process, process mapping, process improvement and new product processes.
* Familiarity with MS product suite, Advanced Excel for data analysis, Prefer Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Power BI.
