Main Purpose:
The Supply Chain Analyst will be a leader in developing and maintaining systems that ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions. This role will focus on transactions pertaining to our third-party terminals as well as provide backup coverage for transactions pertaining to our plant in Bakersfield, CA.
The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for actualizing and reconciling inventory records for day-to-day transactions and broader reporting periods, such as end of month and yearly statements. They will also spur initiatives to drive efficient and sound reporting on contract obligations. The Supply Chain Analyst role is highly cross-functional and involves regular interactions with front, mid, and back office, as well as with outside customers and auditors.
We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys tackling complex problems and developing solutions. Candidates should have experience in participating in cross-functional projects and/or teams. They should also possess superb attention to detail when building reports and attending to routine tasks. The ideal candidate would have a background in supply chain, finance/accounting, or a combination of both. Advanced Excel and data management skills are also desired for this position.
