Join the power movement as a Supply Chain Analyst
The Supply Chain Operations Analyst II will be one of the main drivers of data fluency and data driven decision making within the Supply Chain organization. They will do so by monitoring and examining Supply Chain, Production and Engineering data in order to drive critical business decisions and ensure the on time, on budget delivery of critical business objectives. This role will develop databases, exception reports, dashboards, and data standards to enable the team to move quickly and efficiently and will provide the information backbone that the supply chain organization will use to make decisions.
What you'll do:
* Being a key Supply Chain Data Enabler focused on enabling and training teams to pull and synthesize their own data
* Being the subject matter expert on CFS' Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data structures
* Scope and Develop supply chain data and pipeline requirements with ERP and Data Analytics teams to ensure proper access to necessary datasets
* Enforce master data integrity in ERP and related systems and maintain the processes to support data quality
* Implement standard Supply Chain metric/dashboard procedure
* Proactively use data to inform and support the Supply Chain organization to assess processes necessary to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives
* Participate in and drive process improvement projects related to Supply Chain data management and operations
* Resolve data quality problems and identify areas for improvement
* Conduct data cleaning and exception reporting
What we're looking for:
* Bachelor's Degree
* One or more years of experience in data analysis or computer programming
* Minimum of 1 years experience with ERP data and functionality
* Experience working with relational databases and SQL
* Exceptional understanding of ERP master data
* Intermediate to expert-level SQL
* Cross-functional requirements gathering and prioritization
* Remarkable problem-solving skills with a bias for action
* Learn quickly and adapt to new information and environments
* Be able to work with minimal supervision to follow through on assignments and meet deadlines
* Possess excellent judgment and the ability to make and execute on decisions for the holistic betterment of the company
* Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong relationship building skills and the ability to communicate across levels and organizations
* Strong computer skills
Bonus points for:
* Bachelor's degree in the field of Supply Chain, Computer Programming, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance or other related field
* Masters Degree is a plus
* Experience in start-up or high growth environment
* Manufacturing/shop floor environment experience
* Proven experience in setting up new or managing improvements to business processes
* Experience with Python or similar programming languages
Must-have requirements:
* Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
* Extended activities such as stooping, climbing, typing, standing, sitting, etc.
* Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics
* Regular travel or required nights/weekends/on-call
