Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain processes by analyzing data, forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure that the supply chain is able to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to improve supply chain performance.
- Forecasting: Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data and predictive analytics to ensure timely availability of products.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts. Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline supply chain processes, reduce lead times, and enhance cost efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement new strategies, tools, and technologies to improve supply chain workflows and enhance performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Data Analytics or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills) and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
