Position: Supply Chain and Inventory Specialist
The Supply Chain and Inventory Specialist plays an important role in the Supply Chain, you'll be assisting with stock inventory and is responsible for, but not limited to, administrative tasks, processing, packaging, shipping, receiving, data entry, organizing, time management, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed. The level of success as a Supply Chain and Inventory Specialist is determined by your performance, understanding company policy and procedures, ability to lift heavy objects, critical thinking skills, and effective communications. As a fulfillment associate, it is our job to provide adequate assistance to all our colleagues, while maintaining a professional relationship. The Supply Chain and Inventory Specialist works closely with the Supply Chain & Inventory Manager. * Protect the health care privacy of patients by strictly following HIPAA regulations
* Extremely professional, poised, very polished and self-sufficient
* Thrives in a fast-paced start up environment while embracing change with a can do attitude
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Fluency in a second language is a significant plus
* Exceptional verbal, listening and written communication skills are required
* Knowledge of the Logistics and Supply Chain process, is beneficial
* Positive attitude and a desire to succeed
* Application savvy, extremely comfortable with using a printer, copier, scanner, as well as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Monitoring and annotating inbound and outbound shipments
* Entering critical data into Excel and Salesforce as required
* Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis
* All aspects of picking, packing, and shipping in appropriate containers to colleagues and members
* Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
* Receive inbound and outbound deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
* Keep detailed and accurate records of inventory
* Provide support and troubleshooting to Care Management team
* Communicating with a positive attitude, building rapport with colleagues and Third-Party Vendors
* Performs other duties as assigned from the Supply Chain & Inventory Manage
