Job DescriptionUtilizes Information Technology in multiple systems to build the required data for work groups.Tracks demand requirements against work schedules and coordinates with Sourcing to provide detailed updates to work groups.Provides expediting between Logistics Supplier and Integrated Supply Chain for emergent needs.Updates Information in systems to communicate effectively to multiple groups.Tracks costs and budgets to assist Finance and Accounting.Preferred QualificationsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Must be able to interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices.Ability to solve complex problems.Must be able to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.Bachelor's degree in a related field.Experience in electric utility sourcing (generation, substation).Strong Knowledge of Information Systems and Microsoft Office applications.Strong negotiation and analytical skills.Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated problem-assessment and problem-solving skills.Strong customer service focus, with ability to build credibility with internal clients and external suppliers.Strong Knowledge of Finance and Accounting.Note: You will have an opportunity to add attachments to your application.
