You are:
A Supply Chain and Operations?professional with deep expertise in aftermarket services who helps clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate the E2E service value chain as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chains. You have deep expertise in the Aftermarket space helping clients solve challenges in the E2E service value chain - product design, customer service, spares forecasting, supply / inventory / & materials planning, forward fulfillment, order management, field service & repair, reverse logistics & returns, and warranty management. You use your data skills to develop and implement strategies that improve the entire supply chain process by applying cost efficiency, increasing business effectiveness, and creating synergies and collaboration across companies. You've also got the communication skills to make sure that everyone understands your ideas and how to get them working as quickly as possible. Your experience means that people look to you for guidance and ideas. And you know how to make sure teams get their work done on time, every time.
The work:
* Find solutions to clients' supply chain and operations aftermarket services related challenges
* Spot and solve challenges using your analytical & strategy skills to dive into data and compare vs. industry peers
* Lead workshops that look for ways to improve organizations and processes
* Determine what methods and procedures to use when completing projects
* Give clients insights that help make their companies work better, faster, and more efficiently
* Challenge legacy ways of working using constructive techniques that fuel client growth
* Use digital tech to help clients find new ways to make their orgs more effective and efficient
* Lead small to medium sized teams with diverse backgrounds skills and knowledge
* Effectively manage and coach others, collaborating with internal and external parties
* Support client sales origination and thought leadership development
* Ensure that projects help clients meet their key goals
* Drive a positive impact in the communities where we work and live
* Use the latest analytical tools and digital tech to help clients find new ways to understand how to make their organizations more effective and efficient
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Aftermarket Services initiatives
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working in one or many of the following industries: Utilities, Industrials, Automotive & Mobility, High Tech, Software & Platforms, Aerospace & Defense
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Bonus points if:
* External experience at a consulting firm or internal consulting experience in a role equivalent to Manager level within industry
* You have specialization in one or many of the following aftermarket service-centric skills:
* Strategy & Growth: service strategy; service offerings / aaS; service contract profitability
* End of Life / Supersession / Last Time Buy of parts
* Spare parts Planning & Inventory Management: spares forecasting / demand planning; install base / failure-rate-driven predictive spare parts planning; supply / material / deployment planning; MEIO / inventory optimization; inventory segmentation / classification
* Reverse Logistics / EOL Disposal: reverse logistics; returns analytics; circular economy
* Warranty Management: warranty analytics; warranty transformation
* Repair / Maintenance: work order management; predictive asset maintenance; reliability; service and maintenance strategy; maintenance resource allocation
* Digital Thread: install base management; feedback loop; product / BOM traceability
* Field Force enablement / Field Service Mgmt.: intelligent service contracts; digital field force optimization; field service scheduling
* You have the proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
* You excel in building and developing relationships, overseeing complex programs and demonstrating leadership
* You've earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
* You have a functional-level understanding of aftermarket specific or general planning & execution technology solutions
* Lean or Six Sigma qualifications
* You can use the latest data analytics tools to spot opportunities for improvement
* Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
