No relocation will be provided.What you will do:The incumbent will work in several departments within the Operations organization to gain an understanding of the processes, procedures, and capabilities of the Company, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business. Each rotation starts with setting goals based on the competencies sought in a leader. These competencies include Self-Confidence, Commitment, Initiative, Communications, Problem Solving, Flexibility, Systematic Planning/Organization, Ethics, and Decisiveness.Expectations:Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management upon accepting the positionReport on progress of goals and objectivesMonitor performance progress with management and key trainersObserve experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental dutiesTrain in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and provide greater promotional opportunitiesProvide support as needed in various departments, including reporting, data entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and customer serviceQualifications:Bachelor of Science in Business or Supply Chain, or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years' experience in a distribution environment processing transactionsExperience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-taskGood computer skills (Microsoft Office); EPICOR, Eclipse experience is a plusExcellent team player and customer service drivenExcellent communication and organization skillsDetail-oriented with good math skillsWilling to work overtime as neededThis position requires local travel, including occasional overnight stays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
