Are you passionate about optimizing warehouse operations and supporting cross-functional teams? We're seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. In this role, youll manage GXP operations, including handling inbound and outbound shipments, preparing and evaluating shipment reports, and maintaining top-notch warehouse practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including coordination and preparation.
- Complete routine shipment status and temperature data reports.
- Support non-GXP operations and material handling for various departments.
- Implement 5S and other organizational techniques to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to optimize material storage and flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with service providers and adapt to business needs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in supply chain or material handling, with a bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience in cGDP and cGMP environments.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
- IATA and DOT Hazardous Material Certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-relevant software.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle extended periods of sitting/standing and moderate noise levels.
- Work is performed in both warehouse and office environments.
