The ideal candidate will manage vendor setup emails, organize vendor setup packages, and provide general administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.The essential job functions include, but are not limited toManage vendor setup emails and reply in a timely fashion.Organize and compile vendor setup packages for supervisor review.Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.Update and maintain vendor information in current databases.Maintain the filing system.Assist in explaining administrative procedures and policies to co-workers, potential, and current vendors.Other dutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
