Location: 850 76th Street S.W. - Byron Center, Michigan 49315 Job Description: Job Description: Position Summary: Responsible for driving business results by delivering insights and actionable data visualizations and recommendations to Supply Chain decision makers. Responsible for managing assigned standard and ad hoc projects within the prescribed best-practice framework while working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional Supply Chain areas. Responsible for developing and delivering visually impactful reporting to the business and ensuring analytics reporting adoption. This role spans across the data, visual design and communications domains. Location: this role offers a hybrid schedule based at our corporate headquarters in Byron Center, MI,. Here's what you'll do: * Function as analytics expert and change agent that works cross-functionally within Supply Chain to understand the key business drivers and metrics and develop/deliver impactful solutions. * Develop insightful data narratives that effectively communicate key findings, trends, and actionable insights to non-technical groups. * Utilize data visualization best practices to present complex information in a clear and concise manner; create interactive and visually effective reporting solutions that use tools such as PowerBI. * Develop and facilitate user change management plans, communications, and training. * Design and implement reporting and dashboards that track and visually communicate key business metrics/KPIs and provide actionable insights. * Capture, document, and share Supply Chain analytical requirements with technical data specialists to support reporting and dashboards development. * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure warehouse, transportation and inventory performance, trends and benchmarks. * Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data visualization, story-telling techniques and reporting adoption change management. Here's what you'll need: * Bachelor's degree in a business analytics field. Specialization in Supply Chain preferred. * 3+ years of experience in a similar analytical role (warehouse, transportation, inventory, information science, data visualization or other relevant business analytics fields). * Hands-on experience with reporting, data discovery and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik or similar. PowerBI preferred. * Hands-on experience creating and delivering data visualization mockups and presentations utilizing tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience developing reporting adoption and training plans, and hands-on execution. * Familiarity with reporting and dashboards requirements gathering and development processes, data warehouses, data preparation concepts. * Knowledge of supply chain processes such as warehouse management, transportation management, purchasing/replenishment, forecasting, inventory management preferred. * Strong relationship development, written and verbal communication skil
