A family-owned manufacturing company in GR is looking for a strong leader to oversee all operations. This position will have 3 direct reports from the purchasing, scheduling, and logistics teams.
MUST HAVE Requirements:
- 10+ years of supply chain experience
- Manufacturing experience

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire supply chain operations from raw material procurement to product delivery.Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and costs.Lead negotiations with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.Review supply chain performance against targets, benchmarks and service agreements.Forecast demand for products to meet business objectives and client demand.Implement new technologies to enhance supply chain processes.Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement supply chain improvements and new projects.Monitor national and international trends and events to anticipate supply chain impacts.Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to ensure high performance.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and legislation.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.Proven experience in a senior supply chain management role in the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes.Excellent leadership, negotiation and organizational skills.Proficient in supply chain management software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive with the ability to foresee potential issues and implement effective solutions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Apply now!
