Core HoursMonday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pmPurpose and ScopeThe Supply Chain Distribution Associate is responsible for critical support processes for the warehouse and supply chain department. These responsibilities include data compilation and analysis, training record administration, investigations support, identifying and driving continuous improvement projects and maintaining state distribution licenses.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with investigations within Veeva (QMS), including performing data mining and compiling appropriate information for timely resolution.
- Provide support for the Quality Event (QE) process, with occasional independent completion of low-level Quality Events.
- Support the implementation of Corrective Action & Preventative Action (CAPA) as needed.
- Perform document updates as required utilizing Veeva.
- Assist the warehouse teams with Veeva support and provide additional training as needed.
- Update and track training requirements within the Veeva system to ensure all warehouse employees are adhering to timelines for required training.
- Coordinate Wholesale Distribution Licensing renewals and requirements in coordination with external vendor.
- Perform data analysis of trends, including returns, deliveries, forecasts, inventory turns/obsolescence, Ready To Execute (RTE), Cycle Counts and capacity planning.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to produce the requested or required data elements.
- Implement Lean principles and tools outlined in the Tolmar Operating System (TOS).
- Drive application of Diagnostic, Design, Plan and Implement (DDPI) methodologies as identified.
- Identify opportunities and determine benefits, business impact and return on investment (ROI) for system, non-technical and technical process and equipment improvements.
- Coordinate improvements with OPEX and functional department management to meet established objectives and goals.
- Create and drive the use of metrics (KPIs), scorecards and dashboards to measure and improve department and business processes.
- Serve as a change agent and inherently drive and implement changes through cross-functional engagement and ownership.
- Facilitate structured problem solving workshops incorporating methodology and tools to determine root cause, action plans and implementation of solutions.
- Perform backup duties of Wholesale Licensing agent, including license renewals, applications, audits, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Access.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Deacom.
- Ability to build cross functional relationships and influence outcomes.
- Experience providing support to multiple people in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi task and pay excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities to support the teams.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), FDA and International regulations.
- Proven skills in pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality processes.
- Understanding and experience working in a lean culture for continuous performance improvement.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One or more years of experience in an administrative or customer service role required.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in LEAN or Process improvement preferred.
Working Conditions
- Work is performed primarily in warehouse and office environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $28.50 - $31.25 per hour depending on experience
