Job Title : Supply Chain Engineer 2 Duration: 12 months Location: Tucson, AZ Position's Contributions to Work Group: •Support S&OP process and Value Chain Engineering process for HMS Work Tools, Aftermarket Heavy Parts (Structures, Modules, Kits etc.) •Convert demand forecast into Master Production Scheduling from various global sourcing. Reason/motivation for request: •Backfill.Typical task breakdown: •Support S&OP process and Value Chain Engineering process for HMS Work Tools, Aftermarket Heavy Parts (Structures, Modules, Kits etc.) •Convert demand forecast into Master Production Scheduling from various global sourcing. •Close collaboration with Commercial Team, Engineering, Facilities in USA & Asia, and Suppliers across the globe. •Participate in end-to-end value chain Continuous improvement projects for Work Tools and Aftermarket Heavy Parts towards Customer response lead time improvements. •Analysis of assembly level bill of material, sourcing of sub-components for WT and Aftermarket Heavy parts. •Rapid investigation and evaluation on sourcing options against enquiries and recommendations for approval . Education & Experience Required: •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering . •Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain (Demand and Orders / Master Production Scheduling / Planning). Technical Skills (Required) •Proficiency in SAP (ERP) system. •Experience in WorkTools (Buckets) or Heavy structures product value chain will be added advantage. •Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements. •Ability to take a task from a problem to identifying the solution to implementing the solution. •Conducting collaboration with engineering, suppliers on regular basis is key. Soft Skills (Required) •Strong communication skills.
