Job Summary
The Supply Chain Lead - Estimating will be the lead Supply Chain representative responsible for supporting estimating and proposal efforts for a wide variety of scopes which may include full EPC of process facilities, heavy industrial construction, and/or tank construction.
Essential Functions
* Represents the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

* Ensures full compliance with all Company Supply Chain procedures.
* Leads the identification and prequalification of potential/new material suppliers and subcontractors.
* Works with the Estimating group in the preparation of material and subcontractor scoping packages.
* Manages/leads the solicitation of material and subcontractor pricing via the formal request for quotation/proposal (RFQ/RFP) process.
* Manages/leads the bid evaluation process in conjunction with the Estimating group; facilitates bid reviews with Estimating, Operations and Engineering; facilitates and assists in pricing clarifications and exclusions for input into the estimate.
* Coordinates with Estimating team to develop Supply Chain staffing plans and associated manhour estimates required for proposals, FEL, FEED and Construction estimates.
* Develops expediting/inspection cost estimates for proposals.
* Develops Supply Chain related deliverables for proposal efforts (i.e., Procurement, Materials Management, and Subcontracting plans/strategies, proposed supplier/subcontractor lists, etc.).
* Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent related experience, in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
* 6+ years' experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in an industrial construction environment.
* Full understanding of project Supply Chain functions (Procurement, Expediting, Quality Surveillance, Materials Management, and Subcontracting).
* Working knowledge of various industrial construction materials and scopes.
* Good understanding of basic project management principles (i.e., engineering process, construction management, scheduling, cost control, etc.).
* Strong planning experience; organizational skills; verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Must be adept at handling multiple projects, priorities, and time management.
* Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
