Supply Chain Lead

Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Stream Lead will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive supply chain functions for Group's North America Oracle Fusion ERP module. This includes key components such as Supply Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The role involves close collaboration with the System Integrator (SI) to ensure the successful design, implementation, and validation of supply chain processes and data within the ERP system. The SCM Lead will ensure that the supply chain aspects of the ERP system align with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
•Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end supply chain processes within the ERP system; Collaborate with the SI to ensure supply chain requirements are accurately captured and integrated; Ensure the ERP system supports all necessary supply chain operations, including manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
•Data Validation: Oversee the validation of supply chain data to ensure accuracy and completeness; Work with the SI to develop and execute data migration plans; Ensure data integrity throughout the migration process.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress; Advice and guide stakeholders, while challenging and influencing practices to ensure that future state designs are optimised for both efficiency and the end-user experience; Facilitate communication between supply chain and manufacturing teams, project teams, and the SI.
•Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the ERP system complies with relevant industry regulations and standards; Identify and mitigate risks associated with the ERP implementation.
•Training and Support: Co-design and co-deliver training programmes for supply chain and manufacturing staff on the new ERP system; Provide ongoing support to supply chain and manufacturing users post-implementation.
•Collaboration: Work closely with other project streams (PMO, technical, functional, data, change) to ensure a cohesive approach; Collaborate with the SI to align on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Extensive experience in supply chain and manufacturing roles, preferably 1+ full ERP implementation cycle.
•Proven track record of managing supply chain and manufacturing processes and data validation.
•Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing principles, regulations, and standards, including value chain management.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, various organisational levels
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain / manufacturing software.
•Professional supply chain certifications preferred (e.g., APICS, CSCP)
•Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP preferred.
•Experience in a global or multinational organisation preferred.
