Originated in Switzerland, they have a global footprint for Logistics transportation, with more than 50,000 employees globally.DescriptionWhat You'll Do:* Develop a sourcing strategy to identify talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.* Solicit and screen candidates fit for open positions.* Leverage internal recruiting resources to identify talent.* Facilitate the recruiting process - talk to candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview prep and scheduling to feedback, offers and negotiations.* Manage and keep candidate records updated and accurate in ATS.* Build a robust and dynamic personal brand via networking efforts and rich working relationships.* Maintain candidate relationships for future opportunities and always think ahead to the next great match.Profile* 3+ years minimum experience within the Manufacturing, Logistics or Supply Chain Industry, ideally full cycle* Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers* Able to manage a full desk and support a high rec load of more than 5+ at minimum* Ability to identify and engage talent and build professional relationships.* Adaptability working within an ever-changing industry while maintaining a positive attitude.* Excellent computer skills, microsoft suite, ATS, MS Office, etc.* Someone with enthusiasm to learn and evolve.Job Offer* Highly competitive hourly rate* Medical and dental benefits provided from day 1* Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM* Long term contract position with possible perm conversion* Highly collaborative team with fantastic work culture* Growth opportunities and to be apart of an ever growing Talent Acquisition teamMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
