Supply Chain Manager, Capital Programs

The Supply Chain Capital Program team is responsible for the on-time and in-full delivery of the current year portfolio of capital projects that meet or exceed the expected ROIC across all business units as well as ownership of the next year's AOP portfolio of projects. This position will align the supply chain cross-functional executional teams on critical actions necessary to execute capital projects with excellence while monitoring the lifecycle of each project to ensure its success. This role will also work with the BUs to maintain the in-year portfolio ROIC by aligning projects with the BUs and managing the portfolio deviations based on shifts in project execution. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a continuous improvement mindset, and has the ability to influence across all functions within the supply chain at all levels.

What you will do:

  • Lead the cross-functional supply chain pre-gate alignment process and own project status reporting and risk mitigation to ensure projects deliver on time and in full for projects over $1M in capital spend.
  • Identify capabilities needed and develop processes that will remove waste and increase project executional excellence that can be deployed to the project teams within the BUs.
  • Develop and maintain a 0-24 month capital portfolio for all supply chain value-generating projects over $1M in spend that execute within that timespan.
  • Ownership of BU portfolio value to maintain the in-year ROIC value of the supply chain portfolio.
  • Provide monthly reporting on project health and escalate projects off track with mitigation plans.
  • Assist in the creation of playbooks, training materials, and other information that will build a knowledge management system for project execution.
  • Lead a subset of capital projects and/or programs as the PM lead throughout the lifecycle of the project.
