Supply Chain Manager, Capital Programs
The Supply Chain Capital Program team is responsible for the on time and in full delivery of the current year portfolio of capital projects that meet or exceed the expected ROIC across all business units as well as ownership of the next year's AOP portfolio of projects. This position will align the supply chain cross functional executional teams on critical actions necessary to execute capital projects with excellence while monitoring the lifecycle of each project to ensure its success. This role will also work with the BUs to maintain the in-year portfolio ROIC by aligning projects with the BUs and managing the portfolio deviations based on shifts in project execution. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a continuous improvement mindset and has the ability to influence across all functions within the supply chain at all levels.
