Tacombi is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team! Tacombi is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support and scale the supply chain vision for both Tacombi and Vista Hermosa. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing supply chain operations across sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals. Position Overview: As the Supply Chain Manager, you will collaborate with the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Head of Sales, and the Director of Supply Chain, ensuring streamlined processes and cross-functional support. Key Responsibilities Include: Vendor & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with co-packers, vendors, distributors, and 3PL partners to ensure efficient operations.
  • Work with suppliers and logistics providers to develop cost-effective transportation solutions.
Supply Chain Planning & Execution
  • Execute a demand plan process to ensure adequate production and inventory for customers.
  • Manage production schedules based on lead times, MOQs, inventory turnover, and customer orders.
  • Lead monthly S&OP meetings to align sales forecasts with supply planning and order fulfillment.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as supplier issues and seasonal constraints.
Inventory & Logistics Management
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels of finished goods (FG) and raw materials (RM), minimizing stockouts.
  • Oversee logistics coordination, resolving escalations and ensuring efficient movement of goods.
  • Implement inventory control processes across warehouses, ensuring accuracy and service quality.
  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy between internal systems and third-party logistics partners.
Reporting & Data Management
  • Manage product databases, ensuring accurate data in GS1 and accounting systems.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing, forecasting, and promotions to support cross-functional teams.
  • Lead end-of-month processes for inventory reconciliation and KPI reporting.
  • Track purchasing, invoicing, and inventory metrics to drive financial results.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Maintain a high level of excellence in customer service through proactive communication and problem solving for our customers.
  • Supervise the Customer Service Coordinator, delegate tasks as needed and ensure customer service needs are being met.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on forecast accuracy, purchasing trends, and product performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize supply chain performance for efficiency and cost reduction.
Education & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Inventory, Supply Chain, or Distribution management (preferably in Food & Beverage, Restaurant, or CPG).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for supplier visits as needed.
