Description:Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for their facility.Responsibilities:

Lead the supply chain team, setting goals, fostering development, and managing performance.

Develop and execute the site s master schedule.

Champion site master data integrity.

Drive the adoption of company target operating model for supply chain processes and systems.

Continuously improve supply chain activities across all functional areas.

Facilitate the site s SIOP process.

Participate in weekly customer management activities, such as management calls and project reviews.

Create and maintain a site capacity model to optimize manufacturing asset utilization.

Implement proactive inventory management strategies to enhance on-time delivery performance and service levels.

Understand the needs of multiple customers and communicate product supply strategies that align with both customer and company objectives.

Oversee tactical procurement, supplier engagement, and Supply Chain Risk Management for the site.

Minimize material shortages by utilizing systems and tools, executing action messages, updating master data, and maintaining proactive communication with suppliers.Qualifications:

Applicable bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University

10+ years of supply chain experience within manufacturing

Strong production planning background

3+ years leading a team
