You may be our new Supply Chain ManagerSummaryLead and manage the Supply Chain operations for our production plant. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production, imports, inventory, customer service, and overall supply. Ensure seamless logistics flow, aligning processes to meet production line demands and customer needs with precision. Drive innovation through digital tools and risk management to maintain an agile and resilient supply chain.Location: Merced, CAPay Range: $105-125K plus Performance BonusKey responsibilities Oversee logistics to ensure production lines are fully supported and customer deliveries are timely and accurate. Maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnership. Collaborate with regional and global teams to align supply chain strategy with company goals and global operations. Optimize plant supply chain integration into global operations, driving continuous improvement and leveraging digital tools. Support customer service with strategic production scheduling, import management, and delivery planning. Provide leadership to the SCM team, ensuring efficient operations, lean processes, and adaptability to changing demands. Represent regional demand in global S&OP processes, ensuring proper allocation, service levels, and risk management. Champion change, driving improvements in service levels, operational processes, data integration, and digital transformation. Lead and develop team members, overseeing daily operations in logistics, procurement, and compliance, with a focus on agility. Define and measure supply chain performance across importation, warehousing, and outbound transportation. Act sustainably, aligning with environmental policies and ensuring compliance with SIG standards. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, ensuring the production of safe packaging.You bring these skills, experience & education Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred). 5+ years in Supply Chain, with leadership experience in international logistics and manufacturing. Experience with the maquiladora model and cross-border regulatory compliance is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Lean Management; experience with digital supply chain technologies preferred. Knowledge of customs and tax legislation.
