This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits.What's in it For You: The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth.The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best.Thrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and empowers its employees through continuous improvement.Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) company matching and more.What You Will Do: In this role, the individual will be responsible for the overall supply chain management of the Prime Pump Solutions product line within ChampionX Artificial Lift.ResponsibilitiesPlan, direct and monitor all supply and logistic activities to ensure a cost-effective flow of products from suppliers to customers.Manage team of 3-5 Inventory and Buyer Specialists.Manage day-to-day supply and logistics activities to maximize efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the business unit's supply chain.Reduce costs through efficient vendor negotiations and optimizing sourcing.Lead initiatives to support the reduction in inventory by managing and optimizing our inventory levels.Improve the product forecasting accuracy and support a reduction in excess inventory.Assist in the development and execution of the product strategy for the Prime Pump Solutions product line.Define and prioritize the supply chain roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the Company goals and market trends.Conduct analysis to stay current on market trends and competitor activities.May travel up to 20%Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or other relevant field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years Supply Chain experience with 2+ years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of the pumping industry and market trends.Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.Ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities for product innovation.Strong Project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketings, sales and customer service.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND JOB CONDITIONSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
