Working with some of the world's leading brands, we're assembling a world-class global team across London, Lisbon and New York - and we're looking for our next Supply Chain Manager!About the Role This is an exciting role overseeing the operations of our Dallas warehouse, installing data driven processes and facilitating a smooth logistical runway for one of our busiest marketplaces. Key responsibilities include:Build processes that enable your team oversee end-to-end management of our customers' inventory and orders.Own Reachdesk's relationships with our 3PL and other partners. Develop a deep understanding of their operations in order to respond to service challenges and drive continuous improvement effortsInnovate and build on our current operations. Help grow and improve our network by adding additional logistics partners as our customers' needs evolve.Evaluate partner performance via internal and external data. Hold our external partners accountable through regular business reviews and communication.Project manage integration with future IT systems.Partner with the Customer Success and Product & Engineering teams to diagnose and address challenges within our supply chain and supply chain-facing IT infrastructure.Partner with the Director of Supply Chain to oversee new vendor RFP processes, vendor selection, and regular contract negotiations.About You The successful candidate will have the following attributes:4+ years work experience in operations roles, supporting a complex, high-growth organization.Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or STEM related field. Masters preferred.Based in Dallas or Fort Worth, TX and willingness to travel to our 3PL sites and for team building activities as needed. Onsite at our Dallas 3PL is expected to be at least once per week to start and further on-site attendance might be called for in peak season.Experience managing 3PLs, in-house distribution networks, or external vendor relationships.Highly-skilled with Excel and BI tools with particular focus on Looker, Sisense, and Excel.Experience creating, owning and reporting on KPIs to a broader audience.Familiarity working with different enterprise systems.Cross-border shipping experience.Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Strong work ethic; able to independently own and drive projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You take previous reflections and learnings and uses them to improve processes, systems and overall work quality.About the Perks & Benefits Here are just some of the benefits!Competitive salary with generous stock options.Unlimited PTO.Hybrid working.401(k) matching program.Dental, audio, visual & life insurance.A super friendly working culture populated by fun and dedicated people.**We believe that a diverse team will help us achieve our mission sooner and we're actively seeking applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
